Bupae Alio II — Confidential Attorney Anonymous Reporting System
To further protect reporter identity, the Korea Ethics and Human Rights Institute (KEHI) introduced the KEHI Confidential Attorney Anonymous Reporting System. It combines Bupae Alio with a KEHI confidential attorney: the attorney first receives the report, verifies anonymity and reviews any issues, then forwards it to the member organization’s administrator.
Process
-
STEP 01
Submit a Report
The reporter completes and submits a report in KEHI’s anonymous reporting system, Bupae Alio.
-
STEP 02
Real-Time Transmission
The encrypted report is sent in real time to the KEHI confidential attorney by email and SMS.
-
STEP 03
Verify Anonymity and Attach Legal Advice
The KEHI confidential attorney receives the report, verifies the reporter’s anonymity, attaches legal advice, and notifies the member organization’s administrator of the filing by email and SMS. For security, the report itself is sent through a separate function in the system.
-
STEP 04
Notify the Outcome
The member organization’s administrator communicates anonymously with the reporter through KEHI’s anonymous reporting system (Bupae Alio), then notifies the reporter of the outcome.
-
STEP 05
Anonymous Dialogue
The reporter can review the outcome and continue anonymous dialogue with the organization’s contact by posting comments.
